Refund policy

We are a print to order service which means we don't hold stock and your order is created just for you. As a result we cannot offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@famdoo.co.uk and we will do all we can to resolve the situation.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@famdoo.co.uk with sample photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you with either a replacement of the same product or a full refund. Whatever is best for the situation.
